TO QUALIFY, THE APPLICANT NEEDS TO:
Be a senior in high school or under.
Have an Illinois Master Mason relative in good standing, who is living or deceased with at least 2 years of membership. This includes father, stepfather, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle.
Be able to show evidence of financial need if requested.

INstructions for Completing form:
