Sumner Lodge #334 Hits Home Run with Baseball Program

The Illinois Masonic Children’s Assistance Program loves to partner with our Illinois Lodges to support youth groups and events that they are passionate about. We have partnered with Sumner Lodge #334 in the sponsorship of their local 12 and under baseball league for the past three years. Sumner Lodge #334 is an annual sponsor of the Cal Ripken Youth Baseball Program at Lanterman Park in Bridgeport, Illinois. This year, the 12 and under team won the Illinois State Tournament and is advancing to Cal Ripken National Tournament Series with qualification to play in the Ohio Valley Regionals. This baseball team has many sponsors from the local community and many of the teammates have fathers that are Illinois Master Masons.
IMCAP is grateful that we can partner with our Illinois Lodges to provide wonderful opportunities to youth in your communities. These experiences and memories will last a lifetime to our youth. Through the Youth Organization Connection program, IMCAP and Lodges have been able to help local youth sports teams, food pantries, youth organizations, and so much more.
